Perimeter
Our Perimeter Chassis feature a 56" wide center section The perimeter chassis are symmetrical from the centerline and can be built with maximum offset allowed by your sanctioning body These chassis are capable of 60% left side at 2600lbs with our maximum offset.
We offer a coilover, big spring coilover, and non coilover versions. These chassis are very rigid and have been ran successfully with BBSS ad conventional setups. We developed this chassis testing and collecting data from veracious west cost short tracks to refine the design to make sure our customers are getting the finest product available.
Strait Rail
Our Outlaw Strait rail This chassis was maximized for NSCS Super Latemodels all of the main cage bars are 1.5" x .095 and the support bars ar 1.5" x .065, the tail section is made from 2" X 2" box tube and it features a bolt on tail. The engine can be offset up to 6" to the left of centerline and up to 12" back with most header configurations "BBSS not recommend on tracks with more than 10 deg. of banking". This chassis is easily capable of 60% left side at 2600lbs
Road Course
The Road course cars are fully symmetrical from the centerline, The front suspension geometry has been optimized for low roll center movement along with our watts link for the rear suspension the car is extremely predictable in all circumstances
Modified
The team at POD is currently building our prototype modified and will be testing in the '07 season. We plan to have the production car read for the '08 season, check back for updates.
